Dr Krish Sridhar is one of the most celebrated neurosurgeons in India. He is known for his accomplishments in the field of Neurosurgery & Neuroscience, and is mainly noted for his pioneering work in awake cranial surgery and cervical spine surgeries. An internationally acclaimed neurosurgeon who spent over 30 years in the field of neuroscience has established Neuroscience centres of excellence in prestigious institutes across India. These centres are capable of providing world-class clinical care in neurology and neurosurgery and have been delivering excellent academic programs. All through his extensive career, he has published in several international and national peer-reviewed journals and edited the textbooks of Neurosurgery and Operative Neurosurgery. He is the Hon. General Secretary of the Neurological Society of India and a member of the Academic Board of the Asian Congress of Neurological Surge His honours include the coveted Dr. Rajaratnam Oration Medal and Award from the IMA and the Prof. Dayananda Rao Oration Medal from the Andhra Pradesh Neuroscientists Association, among others.
